What a memory

Its been sometime now since i started working. The road is tough but somehow manageable. Even so, i always take the positive side of it. One is never old enough to learn. I learned a lot of stuff that i never heard of, doing something i never done before. So yeah..i am definitely still hungry for more knowledge haha..So the post today is about what i had done long ago in my previous job: PABX system or in layman term is telephony system and somehow i come across this PABX technology in my current job. So to start of i will talk about the term FXO and FXS. So PBX provides a capability to route calls either internal or external PSTN line (telco company). A normal PBX usually provides both FXS and FXO interfaces. So what these two mean? - FXS - This is where you connect your analog phone into PBX system, this interface is the one who will do all the jobs necessary to ensure that your are connected. If you are hearing the dial tone, then it is a good sign that it works. - FXO - This is where you connect your PBX system to the telco company, The FXO ports on the PBX provide onhook/ off-hook indication (loop closure) to the telco company. If you can call to your mobile or other external number, then it is a good sign that it works.

End of school life

First of all, Happy new year 2013 to everyone!..its been a roller coaster ride for me in year 2012 as i am finally completed my degree in NTU. So here i am..in my next stage of everyone's life..working life. I am planning to discuss about all of subjects that i had been studying in my next post..so stay tuned.

Wow..Its almost a year now since i last blog. Time flies really really fast. My wishlist for year 2012 is to pass all my exams and graduate end of this year haha *Pray hard*. Signing out...AS

Phew still have not decided on my timetable yet. Today went to a lecture on simulation module and find it pretty interesting however the assignment seemed a killer..help~ no more hard assignment please.

Haii...cant think which one is good which one is bad..Oyasuminasai everyone (got to brush up my japanese lesson again when i have the time hahaha..)
